USCM Helmet Cover

Instructions

Supplies Needed:

Scissors

Here's what you need. Helmet Cover and a Helmet!
Flip the hemet over and remove the liner.
Find the screws that hold the camera in place and remove them.
Take the camera off and set it aside with the screws.
Soak the Helmet Cover in water. This will help you stretch it and also, when it dries it will contour to the helmet even more.
Slip the Helmet Cover on the helmet. Remember, the seam runs right down the center.
Slide it all the way down over the straps in the back of the Helmet.
Tuck the Cover around the Ear Flap.
Mark where the holes for the Camera Screws are.
Place the camera on the outside of the Helmet and screw it back in place.
Place the liner back in place. You can hot glue the Cover in place to prevent it from pulling out of place over time.
And you're done!!
If you want to do some extra weathering on it, you can leave it out in the sun, or wash it a few times to weather it. You can also rub all the raised helmet bits with sandpaper through the Cover.
And DONE!
